Our Solution

We identified in-stock lip gloss tubes and compact cases from our ODM catalog, applied the brand's custom color decoration, and negotiated reduced MOQs through combined production runs with other clients. Custom artwork was adapted to work with existing silk screen setups.

The brand launched with an initial order of just 2,000 units per SKU — 80% below typical custom MOQs. After strong initial sales, the brand scaled to 20,000-unit orders within 6 months, qualifying for volume pricing.
