A luxury fragrance house required a bespoke bottle shape and custom zinc alloy cap that reflected their brand heritage. Previous suppliers could not achieve the required precision and finish quality.
We worked with a specialized glass factory capable of hand-finishing, designed a custom mold for the distinctive angular bottle shape, and developed a zinc alloy cap with brushed gold plating. Five rounds of prototyping achieved the exact finish quality required.
The final packaging exceeded expectations — the bottle became an iconic part of the brand identity, featured in multiple design publications. The project led to a long-term exclusive packaging partnership.
